              If you need to contact outside of our opening hours please text and I will always reply. My telephone is switched to do not disturb from 6 pm until 8.30 am. Please do not leave voice messages as they cancel out missed call alerts. As I have a duel sim phone, an unavailable tone will mean that I am on another call.


              As a small family business there will be a couple of weeks through the year when we are unable due to family holidays, usually over New Year and a week in August. To ensure continuity during these periods my telephone is diverted to Animals at Home, who provide holiday cover at our premises.

              We are closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays except for emergencies. Where an appointment is agreed, it will usually be before mid morning, depending on our plans with our family.


              As much information as possible has been included on this website, but if you need any further information, advice or guidance then please do get in touch. We know how stressful and upsetting it is to loose a beloved pet, and want to make this process as easy for you as possible.

              Sunnyside Pet Cremation Services operates from our smallholding, Sunnyside Poultry just off the A511 on the borders of Swadlincote South Derbyshire.


              Please read our directions carefully before you visit, as SatNavs are not always able to find us:


              Access to our smallholding is down a green lane directly alongside the Stanhope Arms Hotel Premier Inn (on its right hand corner). We are 200 yards down the lane with woodlands on either side. For SatNavs please use the postcode for the Stanhope Arms Hotel, DE15 0PU.  Please make sure you approach directly from the A511, Ashby Road.
